Georgia’s General Election to choose the next U.S. Representative for the 14th Congressional District will be held on Tuesday, November, 2026.
Election Day Poll Hours:
On November 3rd, 2026 polls across Georgia's 14th District will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
If you are in line by 7:00 p.m., you have the legal right to vote.
Georgia law allows in-person early voting to begin on the fourth Monday before Election Day and continue through the Friday before the election.
For this special election, early voting will run:

Early voting locations and exact hours are set by each county, giving voters flexibility to vote at a time that works best for them.

We need volunteers and supporters across Georgia’s 14th District—and across the country—to step up now.
Why I'm a "Write in" Candidate: Because Georgia’s ballot-access laws are among the toughest in the country.
It cost's $5220 ( non refundable ) for Independents/3rd Party candidates to just try to get on the ballot.
Georgia also requires Independent/3rd Party Candidates to collect 28,700 verified signatures from only Registered Votes in the District within a 6 month period that started on January 15th and ends on July 14th, 2026. On top of that we had a Special Election to run that just ended on March 10th which cut the time to collect signatures by almost 2 months. In addition, It is highly recommended to collect at least 50% to 100% more signatures than required ( Total between 43,050 - 57,400!!! ) to insure you meet the 28,700 signature requirement due to rejected signatures. This makes the Ballot Access Signature Petition route nearly Impossible for Independent/3rd Party Candidates to get on the Ballot.
Being a "Write In" Candidate only requires filing with the Secretary of State ( Free ) and placing an inexpensive ad in a local newspaper.

Marjorie Taylor Greene has officially vacated her seat which was effective at 12:01 on January 6th.
Georgia law now requires the Governor to announce the special election date within the next 10 days. No later than 12:00am
on January 16th. We are now in the countdown to the announcement which can come at any time..
The moment the Governor sets the date, the election must occur no fewer than 31 days later, creating one of the fastest election cycles in America.
Our campaign must be ready to mobilize instantly.

By electing an independent to a seat long defined by party loyalty and polarization, voters can send a midterm signal that Americans are fed up with both parties and want representatives who answer only to the people.
Late in her term before resigning on 1/5/26, the incumbent publicly acknowledged that corruption exists across both parties and raised concerns about the outsized influence of foreign governments on U.S. policy.
Those concerns are not hypothetical.
